Correct sink choice for base cabinet (160 cm)

Hello everyone,

we are currently thinking about our washbasin / sink in the bathroom.
We are planning with a cabinet of 160 cm width and two separate sinks (wall-mounted).
What width would you recommend per sink?
A narrower sink leads to more space on the countertop, but it certainly shouldn’t be too narrow.

In addition, we currently have a sink from VuB where we have the problem that the bottom of the basin is too shallow, so that saliva residue etc. does not drain properly.
Therefore, I just wanted to ask around which sinks you have and whether you are satisfied with them? The brand is relatively unimportant to us.

How large should the washbasins be? The base cabinet is 1.60m.

The sinks should be a maximum of 60 cm wide each - although, as mentioned, we are considering whether 60 cm might even be too large and if 50 or 55 cm might be sufficient...

Would you choose the sink in 61 cm again or would narrower also be no problem?
