Unfortunately, I can't follow here. What exactly is the problem with the design regarding the carport and children?

I do not consider it sensible for the children and us (with shopping and so on) to walk back and forth between the cars in the relatively narrow passage. Since the carport is basically always used as a passage to the entrance. Personally, I do not find the entrance situation particularly inviting. But maybe I am barking up the wrong tree there.

Planning on the property and house floor plan design go together.

I suggest creating a new thread in the area , but please take into account the instructions from the pinned post . It is always useful to put as much of the requested information as possible into the first post of a thread, as this way the information can be found more quickly. And as you noticed, you don’t have 4 minutes here to adjust a post again.

That the service phases of construction planning do not have arbitrary names but ascending numbers has a good reason. Here, obviously, third gear (service phase 3) was engaged without first doing the homework. Besides, I thought I had made it clear that I cannot understand the derivation of the supposed construction window (and suspect the faulty interpretation).

Hey 11ant, The marked building envelope (in blue) is indeed somewhat "special" in this area and is subject to the development plan. This "hook" I mentioned at the beginning comes from the merging of the plots - at the neighbor's request, who needed more plot area. This confusion regarding the service phase may have arisen here because I asked these questions at the wrong time. Basically, a preliminary discussion took place with our planner about roughly what should be built where. The matter with the carport and the storage room - I believe is due to an unfortunate miscommunication. What are your explicit questions? : That will probably be an approach to request the whole thing anew and properly structured.

I had already mentioned them: and have nothing to add to them.
