Hello dear community,
I would like to know if someone can give me advice or has already had experience with the process of converting a plot of land from agricultural land to building land. In my case, it concerns a 1337 sqm plot with the number 124 shown in the attached picture. According to the land use plan, this plot lies in the middle of a residential area and is also marked as such in color. In the attached image from the cadastral office, it can also be seen that the plot is mostly depicted as building land in color. The plot is connected by a street and has potential access to electricity, water, and gas. The plot diagonally opposite is designated as building land and an official building application will be submitted this year. Two plots to the left is a multi-family house, and the entire street is built up with houses. To the right of the plot, two plots further, a building application is now being submitted for a multi-family house, and to the right of that, the entire street is built up with houses.
Considering the current situation, I think the chance of an official conversion of the plot could be possible.
I hope someone can help me here or share their own experiences.
