Hi Thorsten,

yes, that makes sense! I will talk to the architect again. He mentioned an outlet in the roof. We have a flat roof at this spot.

Roof vent is of course great, if possible: Do it!

The wall vents are - incorrectly placed and/or with the wrong grille - really partly bad. The moist indoor air tends to condense directly then, it soaks into the wall, very unpleasant consequences. The roof vent avoids this!!
