Yes, that's exactly how I would implement it or how it is done with us (36m² living and dining area). The two supply air vents are operated with one or two pipes depending on the calculated airflow.

Quite a legitimate question. With 43 sqm - 2.5 m ceiling height, that results in a room volume of about 107.5 cbm. With an air change rate of 0.3-0.4/h, a supply air of 32.25 - 43 cbm/h would be required. Usually, this cannot be achieved with one pipe, so it has to be connected twice. This increases the risk of flow noise and drafts.

Always a question of pipe diameter and ventilation outlet. I hear nothing at all at home at 30 cbm/h. When I want to really push it and ventilate quickly at 60 cbm/h+, then I slowly hear something.
