Hello everyone,

next year is the time and we will start construction.
next week the building application will be submitted, before the electrician starts with the empty conduit planning and the structural engineer, the following request to you experts:

Key data:
"City villa" 200 sqm
summer bypass
enthalpy

Now to my request..

we want to lay the pipes for the controlled residential ventilation ourselves, possibly have the controlled residential ventilation installed and adjusted by a specialist company/dealer.

Since we have not yet decided on a heating manufacturer/specialist company and also want to remain independent here, we are now looking for information:

1. Which manufacturer should one choose, given the key data?
2. Request specialist planning directly from the manufacturer or dealer? Anyone have an idea what they usually charge?
3. Have everything done at Selfio.de? Is the planning good, has anyone gained experience here? Is the material there high quality?
4. If there are other ways, always share them...

I have probably forgotten something, but that should be enough for the beginning

Best regards
Mateo

Is there a specific reason you want to install it yourselves? I'm more the type of person who says "If something isn't done properly, I'll complain," which might be difficult when doing it yourself.

Hello,
Yes, of course, the reason is the costs.
We requested an offer and I had looked up the installed device (I think Vallex). I believe it was just under €5000. The offer was just under €11000.
That is also the only reason why we want to do it ourselves. The empty conduits will also be laid by ourselves.

Best regards

And you can do that too? I mean lay it so that the currents fit, no noise disturbance occurs, etc.?
This is not meant to be disparaging, but serious interest.
Despite having skill and understanding, I wouldn’t trust myself to do it.

At the beginning, I also thought that making something like that yourself wouldn't be difficult. We probably would have already failed at the core drilling for the pipes...

Okay, poorly expressed. We just want to lay the pipes ourselves.

Currents, noise pollution, etc. should be avoided through professional planning, right?
