As you said, the priorities lie elsewhere. I can replace controlled residential ventilation by regular airing, and since we are very noise-insensitive, the few cars passing by don't bother us either. The house is also about 25m away from the street. I definitely cannot replace the photovoltaic system and the "profit" from it.

You contradict yourself. "App and internet" and in the same sentence "keep it simple"? That really doesn't work.

For BAFA she must be able to do it (and the heat pump too), but you don't have to use it then...

Seriously? Installing an app on an SP presents insurmountable challenges for you? Well, I don't know!

No, "keep it simple" means completely without an app to me, because as soon as software comes into play, nothing is simple anymore. And not what the average user does with the installation of these obsolete applications, but the chain reaction that comes with it.

Somehow I don’t understand the point?

What does a photovoltaic system have to do with controlled residential ventilation?

Then I could also compare a garage with a terrace roof?

Honestly... the advantages of controlled residential ventilation are clearly obvious – a lot of it is of course comfort – but not only that. Either the €10,000 are worth it to you (35% back through funding with joint control with air-water heat pump) or not.
Exactly the same topic with the photovoltaic system... Nevertheless, I see a retrofit of the photovoltaic system as quite sensible in the future as well. I just can’t retrofit a central ventilation system anymore.

If the battery storage of a photovoltaic system ever becomes affordable, it also makes sense to retrofit a photovoltaic system then (I can already have empty conduits installed now).
