How one likes it - I still see problems in the installation.

And the heating period is all well and good - but half the year nothing is heated. And the blown-in air doesn’t warm up immediately and then rise.

By the way, I don’t mean objects, but liquids...

Every solution has its peculiarities, but installation in the concrete ceiling requires the least effort and the outlets are definitely where they make physical sense.

Moreover, you don’t block yourself with a wall anywhere - you remain completely free in room design.

You have to coordinate with the structural engineer beforehand and provide him with a precise installation plan.

Whether it is installed in or on the ceiling has nothing to do with where the outlets are. That can be planned independently.

For us -- two levels -- it is simply advantageous to run the lines on/in the ceiling and then supply fresh air directly above the floor. If I wanted it from the ceiling, I would first have to get there, which would mean significantly more effort. In other configurations, it may be different... Both solutions exist, are possible, and then you just have to look case by case what fits and pleases.

What kind of screed insulation do you have here, it must be very thick? I see round pipes that also cross other lines?

That would have to be a 90 mm insulation?!?

By the way: what are these silver lines? Electrical cables? Heating?

Best regards,

Andreas

The silver pipes are the insulation of the water pipes.
Estrichdämmung = 8cm pressure-resistant thermal insulation + 2cm impact sound insulation from the roll for the tack system.

What is the outer diameter of the green pipe? How high is the highest point in image 2 (intersection of ventilation duct with water pipe)? (And where is the electrical installation ?)
