I think Nordly is right, 77.willo and Joedrech you are also right. Every situation is different and there is not always a universally valid rule. A builder can be experienced like Nordly, for example, or inexperienced with the ability to learn, like me. A BU can be reputable and reliable or a cheap builder often with botched work; with sporadic QC you also have no security for defect-free construction work.
