A builder can be experienced like Nordly, for example, or inexperienced with the ability to learn, like me. A BU can be reputable and reliable or a cheap builder often with botched work; with sporadic QC you also have no security for defect-free construction work. I at least know that if I apply for an expert, it will not be the above-mentioned expert because I think he tries to exploit the lack of experience of builders to charge unfairly.[emoji34] Now I am left with a €620 bill and who is legally right here remains unclear, and with a lawyer and possibly court proceedings, either you pay nothing because you are right or you pay significantly more due to additional lawyer fees, procedural costs, etc.
