Nordlys, I especially like your answer [emoji57] you are right, above all my wife bakes magical cakes [emoji108]

Regarding the building savings contract, I had an appointment with him to explain his services and costs, he explicitly said that our first appointment is free of charge. He gave us a few tips and finally said we will receive a protocol of our conversation today including all the points discussed as well as an offer with a detailed description of services and prices. I never applied to him.
He even argues: I also have to pay for my insurances, software, seminars, etc.

Final inspection at the beginning of September. The boss will come with the final invoice. Check all doors, inspect everything outside and inside. Etc. Then. Mr. S., the construction went smoothly. The men enjoyed being here. They felt well cared for and welcome. We earned our part. I did not charge for the Muster inspections....build relationships.

I would never build without a [Bausparvertrag]. Botched seals, slopes, connections, etc. certainly don't get better with cake and pea soup.

Yes, I agree. Karsten, you often make good contributions that hit the point. But unfortunately, with your procedure (e.g., handshake instead of contract) you are the absolute exception. If I am not an expert and work with unknown craftsmen, I have to have it checked. Currently, there is a thread running here where the connections may have been set incorrectly. That can still be judged alone, but other things the average person simply cannot.
