What does that mean? How much is it without BAföG? What does the main earner make? What is being calculated with?
I don't understand why you don't just leave it out if it doesn't matter.

With support from family, you should consider anyway whether you can afford a property yourself.

Yes, that is why it is called sustainable income. All the grants and subsidies do not matter.

So income WITHOUT BAföG at 3,000 EUR?
for a 2-person household?
with a loan amount of 260,000 EUR?
that is financed by >50 of the banks (if you at least pay the incidental costs from equity!)

don’t understand the problem either....

because 260000 are not realistic in this case. There is no house AI for that.

nope The financing amount should be 260,000 EUR. Since the plot and EQUITY are available, the costs for the house and incidental construction costs are therefore higher! The problem is the "living expenses flat rate" that the BANK sets (flat rate). I would just say: wrong bank!!! There are banks that set a flat rate of 850€ for 2 people, and others set 1200-1400€ here. If you have an income of 3,000 EUR, one bank only leaves 1,600 EUR available for installments/incidental costs, etc.; with the other, 2,200 EUR remain (with the same income!!!) Therefore, I can imagine that at one bank maybe 100-200€ were missing... but that does not mean it is the same with every bank!
