Hello everyone,

We are getting the heating this week and then fast-drying screed should come from next week. The interior plastering is already done, we are missing sanitary, drywall workers, painters, and flooring.

According to the construction schedule, all trades should be finished by mid-December.

How realistic is that? I claim it should be doable by the end of September, right?

Very. What type of screed? Underfloor heating? Dry heating and functional heating with what timeframe planned? What else do the other trades need to do? What quality are the walls and ceilings? What coverings for the floors? What is still missing in sanitation? Does your sanitation person, the drywall contractor, the heating engineer, the painter, the tiler, the plasterer (for touch-ups) have other construction sites or are you the only customer and everyone is just waiting to start at your place? Yes, it can be finished by the end of September. But just as well I can say that humans could basically be on Mars in 6 months already. Both fundamentally possible, but will never happen.

Hello Nordanney, I don't know the name of the screed now but there is an additive that makes it ready for covering after 10 to 13 days. Underfloor heating everywhere 150 sqm Plumbing is coming tomorrow and they have to finish it before the TÜV on Tuesday The drywaller has to do the upper floor roof and bathroom walls. He comes after the screed. Floor covering Tiles, laminate in bedrooms and upper floor hallway Parquet in living/dining room Painter has to putty and paint the concrete ceiling of the whole house All trades know roughly when they have to be with us. But they are also still on other construction sites

With what needs to be done, expect it around December. In September, that definitely won't happen.

December is realistic; faster is possible if everything goes smoothly and your construction site has priority in all trades. End of September is too tight.

End of September I consider utopian. Given the current workload, the craftsmen often jump from construction site to construction site. If something more important comes up, they will come even later. I would prepare for November if everything goes well. But that is crystal ball gazing. If they say December, then one should accept it as such.
