Thank you for your answers. I also found the windows a bit "small". Of course, some additional sockets will be added to the electrical installation, as well as LAN connections in some rooms. An outdoor faucet will definitely also be installed. What do you think about my cost breakdown regarding the actual house construction? Kind regards Felix

A bit tight. 4,000 for walls and floors could be tight. Connection costs can be precisely determined with a few calls. Carport/garage (what is it supposed to be?) could also be a bit low. Ultimately, I would rather think about the house and its contents than about the outdoor facilities. These can possibly wait a bit longer. However, there are things inside the house that I do or have done: controlled residential ventilation, smart home, general wiring, internal chimney... So I would first get clear about the house; much will then follow (including the costs for walls/floors).

The 4000€ was only planned as pure material costs as personal contribution.
Included would be the wallpapering with painter's fleece and subsequent painting work done by ourselves.
Floors are to be realized with adhesive vinyl.
I was only concerned with the value that the bank accounts for. Maybe 6000€ is also possible.
I had roughly planned 20000€ as a buffer on the house price to cover the wishes we still have.
The 5000€ was only intended for the carport.
These items are then to be realized gradually afterwards as personal contribution.
