Construction loan work abroad freelancer

My foreign country is Saudi Arabia, but everything goes through German accounts and the house is located in Germany. One can see, we seem to be a family full of special cases. I will now wait and see what the DKB, AXA, and KFW say. However, I will try to make personal contact. It also helps to consult different employees even within the same institution.

In case anyone is still interested, the KFW Bank would grant a loan up to 100k euros on the premise that I myself live in the house I want to purchase. I would have still needed 25k, which could surely have been arranged somehow, but unfortunately the house is now sold.
