Construction financing in Berlin

Our construction financing will still cost us a few hours over the weekend and then we will make a plan on how, who, what will be tackled next week. it is cozy but slowly it is becoming too much for us. :-) Well, but everything is ok.

I can gladly send you the name of the advisor via a private message. Our advisor is very good. He has a lot of experience with [Baufinanzierung]. I don’t know if you can choose the advisor, but I think that should not be a problem.

Hope everything worked out with creditweb. I also had an offer from their headquarters in Berlin. However, it did not convince me. We ultimately decided on a consultant from Interhyp because of the conditions – and were completely disappointed by him. After signing the contract, he was no longer reachable. So, bad Interhyp experiences.

Our neighbor had very good experiences with an independent consultant. Everything went super smoothly there. Although it was the same bank and conditions as ours, the support and service lasted until move-in.
