As I have already revealed, I have little knowledge and am just beginning to deal with financing models, but the scope of a construction financing always depends on the equity, doesn't it... Well, fortunately, there are experts and advisors who have to give answers - even if it takes 3 hours or longer. After all, it's about a lot of money and a future-oriented decision.
