Construction financing: Directly at the bank or through intermediaries

You just have to make sure you get the loan paid out beforehand. ;)

also financed 200k at CB over 15 years at 0.7% plus 120k kfw, 10 years at 0.95. Closing went smoothly and hopefully the first disbursements soon as well

We also financed through the Commerzbank. So far, everything has gone very well. Online banking is set up, now we just have to make the payout.

Has anyone else had experience with Commerzbank regarding construction financing?

We just financed with Commerzbank. Incredibly low interest rates and friendly employees (for us everything was done via email and phone, facilitated through the DKB reason). However, an extreme amount of paperwork, we had to sign in 27 places for the main contract...

Commerzbank has just raised the conditions several times, and in the end, HUK Coburg was cheaper for us. However, we previously had very nice contact with Commerzbank. Fast response times and very competent.

Would recommend Commerzbank. No personal experience with granted loans, but initiation talks and my mother had her follow-up loan with Commerzbank. With ING you only talk to the computer, they don't like special cases and requests outside of their standard. DSL is just the "black sheep" of Postbank...
