How many exhaust outlets do you have? Bathroom and possibly dressing room? You could put them in the ceiling, provided you have a warm roof. We are getting Geberit GIS (drywall profiles) in the bathroom, and the exhaust air will also be concealed there.

If there is insulation above the ceiling, it should still work, right??

Thank you for your messages! It is a general contractor. Well, the site manager said the retrospective approval is with the municipality. I also asked if we had to sign anything. They said no.

We have an exposed beam ceiling, so outlets in the ceiling on the upper floor are unfortunately not possible. We have exhaust air in the dressing room, laundry room, and bathroom on the upper floor.

But what to do? Tear down the entire gable again? The roof is already covered, etc.

I am of the opinion that a follow-up application must also be signed by the builder, so by you!

As I said, show in the plan and picture what is being talked about. Then this can be assessed knowledgeably here. Some users here understand a lot about construction stuff, but nothing about fortune telling.

Is the site manager employed by your house builder?

Did you not hire an external specialist?
