Hello, I have a general question. What would you say a new house (solid construction) in the mid-price range costs approximately per square meter? The prices I hear range from 1100 to 2200 euros construction costs per square meter. (turnkey including everything) I would like to know if my preferred construction company is reasonably priced. (Northern Germany) Thank you

I have an offer of about 1800-1900 euros per sqm but then nothing else is missing.

Incl. floor coverings kitchen and finished painted.

My opinion: 1800-1900€/sqm is rather the minimum, mid-range more like 2100-2300€/sqm.

It is also viewed differently here in the forum at times. It is always a bit difficult what minimum or mid-range is supposed to mean.

Incl. floor coverings IN THE kitchen ... or incl. floor coverings, kitchen ...

“Come we eat Grandpa!” -> “Come, we eat, Grandpa!” Punctuation can save lives [emoji6]

If kitchen incl. (i.e. furniture etc., not the floor covering!) I definitely consider 1800-1900€ set too low.

In SH, the average costs for building a single-family house in 2016 were 1600 euros/sqm according to statistics (which are also available online)... the chosen region makes a big difference!

The Stuttgart area will come out to around 2600-2800€/sqm for us. Including kitchen, floor coverings, and special requests, I think we are in the mid-price range there.
