If you meant me: we are building with a basement. However, it is not included in the square meters, so if I subtract it, it will be cheaper.

Whether your provider is within the limit is easiest to find out by obtaining additional offers.

When you buy a new car, you don't ask on the Internet what a VW with mid-level equipment costs.

In my opinion, these QM values have absolutely no significance.

The prices vary so much regionally that there is no way around comparison offers in the immediate surrounding area.

And even then, the different prices would have to be completely adjusted in order to truly exclude incidental costs or own services.

Added to this is certainly the variable of whether it is a "standard house" or something special.

We had offers between €1300 and €2000 per QM.
Turnkey without painting and floor coverings.
Plus incidental costs, kitchen, outdoor facilities, carport, etc.
In the end, it was the golden mean.
