Construction costs for the shell structure - turnkey Kreis Wesel

There are enough local construction companies in the area that can build something affordable in clinker. Our direct neighbor got about 140m² built for 295k (2023 prices), turnkey except for painting/flooring. Just ask around.

Today the first calculated offer arrived: converted to 3,000€ per sqm of living space. And some additional requests are taken into account here.
