Hello everyone,

since we have now been able to acquire a plot of land, we have already given some thought to our requirements. After creating a room list, we ended up with about 200m² of living space. The ground floor has about 115m², the upper floor about 85m² + 30m² roof terrace. The plot has a south-facing slope towards the street - we would like to use that and integrate a garage in the basement. What costs should we expect?

We are planning in Bauhaus style:

200m² * €1700 = €340,000
30m² roof terrace = ???
110m² basement, divided as follows:
- 45m² double garage in the basement = ???
- 40m² granny flat = ???
- 25m² basement rooms ???
Additional construction costs €40,000
Upgrading €30,000

Which components have we forgotten? Our limit is about €550,000. Is the project feasible within our budget?
