Apparently every craftsman saw their chance and squeezed the maximum out of the pocket of the layperson awarding individual contracts. At Town & Country you can see the "turnkey from" prices online. For the money you paid just for your shell construction, you could have gotten the complete Flair 152 from them in the Stuttgart area. Well, without garage and ancillary building costs. Just because you now pay almost double doesn’t mean you get almost double the quality ;) Sorry, but 3,900 EUR/m² is absurdly expensive for standard. You’re being mercilessly ripped off...

In addition, our craftsmen have been established here for years (generations) and certainly would no longer exist if, as suspected above, they were greedy. I just want to share my experience with the OP with my post. Ultimately, everyone decides for themselves what they want to spend a lot of money on. So far we are super satisfied, the construction site is always clean and tidy, the craftsmen punctual and reliable, and have a great relationship with everyone involved. If that is the price I have to pay to eventually be able to say that building was fun and contributed to our family happiness, I gladly pay it.

For a good feeling and fun in construction, I would not pay 1/4 more. But everyone as they see fit.
