We signed a so-called "Bauregievertrag" by Argus Direktbau GmbH. We have deeply regretted it, as building a house with Argus turned into a real nightmare from our point of view. Based on our experience, we explicitly do NOT recommend Argus Direktbau GmbH in Cologne for a house construction.

We were also at Argus 2 days ago to get a revised offer, but have now decided against it and will sign with ID. The Argus offer contained too many errors for us and the fixed and flex price worry us... Would you maybe briefly say what became a nightmare for you? That would certainly be helpful for many future builders, because one usually reads positive reports about Argus (which sometimes seem suspicious to me). Have you moved into your house? Regards

we started building with Argus about a year and a half ago. The construction has significant defects and Argus has greatly underestimated the cost calculation, so that the house will be around €150,000 more expensive. We cannot finance that.
The company Argus then terminated the contract with us. Due to the flexible price option, we will have little chance in court and are now facing financial ruin.
I would like to bring this to the public and have the feeling that other builders with Argus are experiencing the same. Are there any other builders here to exchange information or someone who can give tips on where I can turn to make this public? Something like the [Bauretter] or similar?

Hello, I have had very bad experiences with Argus. Incorrectly calculated prices, we are now facing financial ruin with a half-finished house! I strongly advise against this developer! If other victims read this, please feel free to contact me. We are aiming for a lawsuit, I would like to bring this to public attention!
