Hello, we actually found someone who was quite satisfied as well. Building never goes completely smoothly, but overall he was satisfied... since then we have been more optimistic.

That's great. How did you find that person? Maybe we can have a phone call and exchange ideas? That would be great.

I am not allowed to start a private conversation because I don’t have enough posts yet..can you do that? Or do you have another way to exchange a mobile number or similar without it staying here in the forum/internet forever?

Unfortunately, I am not allowed to start a private conversation yet. I would kindly ask the administrator if he could forward my number to you, otherwise I will send you my email address here and we can then communicate through it.

I'll scare you a little:

A colleague at work also chose a company based on a personal recommendation from the family. Everything went perfectly and quickly for the referrer. However, many things went wrong for the colleague because the company's architect messed up the building application for months. Then winter came, and the foundation slab couldn't be poured. Several subcontractors also made serious mistakes.

So, stay calm, see construction companies as partners, and participate positively, then it will work out.

Are there only the two mentioned companies with you? I think you are looking at the wrong pages. Or focusing too much on a bait price.
