the dice have - 95% - been cast.
We will most likely build with [Fa. S.] from Fehmarn.
His offer is fine so far, also price-wise compared to others.
Overall, it’s more than originally expected, but there’s always quite a bit of additional costs...

There are still quite a few questions open, which will hopefully be clarified.
Unfortunately, it is currently difficult to establish personal contact, since we are not allowed to go to SH or stay there overnight.
Only phone + email is quite suboptimal...

Morning, thanks for the information. We also still have to go to the notary in Heiligenhafen, I called him and he basically said "A notary appointment alone is not enough for an overnight stay" The fact that nothing is open is probably the main problem. But we’ll manage everything. Regards Olli

The Fassbrause stands in the utility room on the washing machine, always a six-pack of Flens Citro, take two with you inside. Or we sit in the garden on the veranda and look at the hornbeam hedge, which has already grown quite tall, I've now lived in the house for over three years, a lot has grown and it's no longer bare. I'll also take you around the house through the rooms, but don't complain, the walls are standing, there's nothing left to move.
