so, we have now met with M. Specht from F.
He somehow had a feeling for what we want.
So far, he has made a positive impression on us.
The first offer was also okay, but we will get an updated one next week, let's see how well it meets our wishes.
He also listed all possible additional construction costs (estimated).
We will see later if it fits...
