Especially with the washing machine (which was not asked here) I would also not do it. That little electricity for the washing machine costs nothing.

With the dishwasher, the electricity consumption is higher, especially in relation to water consumption. In my opinion, you can do that, especially if there are no additional costs as offered here, it is worthwhile. However, spending money on it does not make sense. In the end, it does not make a significant difference.

Enzyme... I think that is more relevant with the washing machine, where washing is done at very low temperatures.

Has this already been discussed here. I would definitely not do it. Not on either machine. Uneconomical.

The additional costs to connect the machine to the hot water are about 0€. The problem is rather that with solar thermal energy the hot water will probably be 70°C or more - that is simply too much. At temperatures below 60° there is nothing against it, but the saving effect is hardly noticeable.
