What does the ventilation installer say about it?
He says we can do the basement with ventilation or without ventilation. It's our decision.
But how am I supposed to imagine this "Without a door between the ground floor and basement"?
The ventilation units do have a certain noise level, just like the heating, washing machine, dryer, etc. And then no door?????
It means between the ground floor and the basement stairwell, just as Alex85 had already suspected. The basement rooms still have doors.
Thanks already for your contributions.
I am now leaning towards including the rooms because there are hardly any additional costs for the few extra pipes and outlets.
The way BratacDD did it is also worth considering.
We will coordinate it again with the ventilation installer and architect.
