Condensation between the panes in a new building

Hello,

I have the following problem:

In our newly built single-family house, the drying program ended over the weekend. Now painting and tiling work are underway.

I noticed during ventilation that there are water droplets between the panes in many windows; the droplets are mostly located at the bottom of the seal of the inner pane but between the panes, meaning I cannot wipe off the water.
What could be the reason, is this a defect that I should better discuss and complain about?

P.S. The windows have triple glazing and warm edge.

Yes. The seals are not ok. The windows will become blind. Needs to be replaced.

What needs replacing, the seals or the windows?

The panes.

Water means that the outside/room air has penetrated. This in turn means that the gas filling between the panes is gone and thus the insulation effect is reduced.

Complaint about defects please in correct printed form by mail (registered letter) with deadline, so that you are protected later! Email is not sufficient in such cases.
