In the elevations you can clearly see with the naked eye that the roof pitches are different. Why didn't you object to that? The architect also bears some responsibility. You are only losing usable storage space. Your change request is disproportionate. As already pointed out, we are talking about approx. 19 m3 of converted space * 400 euros = 7,600 euros. I would deduct this amount from the construction sum (roof sum).The drawing error was caused by the drafting office. 30° DN was written on it. But 25° was drawn. The static calculation, the building permit, the contract, all say 30°. I don't know what such a roof conversion costs, generally it consists of insulation wool and foil, a counter battening and tongue-and-groove boarding are planned. This issue makes me quite unhappy. Is a remedy appropriate? Erect scaffolding, remove all roof tiles completely, remove solar collectors, replace rafters and then reroof.
