Colored solar panels - who has installed such ones?

I just remembered that for our single-family house with a pale yellow facade and terracotta-colored roof, due to the installation of a gas condensing boiler, we also have to install solar panels. However, I don't think the usual dark solar panels look nice on a terracotta-colored roof. Has anyone installed colored panels? I searched for them but didn’t find any meaningful photos or information, not even about the price.

And if you have installed dark solar panels on non-dark roofs, is there a way to make them visually "disappear" or how have you solved it?

Does absolutely no one except me find this topic important or do you all have solar panel-colored roofs? Or does it simply bother no one except me? Questions upon questions (and unfortunately the answer is not 42).

Well, no matter how you look at it. The solar panels disrupt the image of a uniform roof covering. Why should anyone now spend extra money to color-match them when the overall appearance basically remains the same.

IMHO you have already given the answer yourself. Nobody simply minds it. Btw. I think some installations in 0815 crystalline blue or monocrystalline black even visually enhance houses (occasionally).

Since your post will probably remain the only one, I take the opportunity to properly thank you and not just with a short "Like." Thank you.

Aside from the fact that—if the "ultimate question" were about 11ant’s shoe size—the answer would be FORTY-THREE: did someone not pay proper attention in biology class? The color of chloroplasts is explained by the wavelengths of the light components that are to be converted. Terracotta-colored solar panels would have a significantly shifted efficiency spectrum (this is not quite my field, they might possibly have a peak efficiency in the evening red light around October 3rd, hehe). However, it would be only very marginally important whether their different coloring compared to the standard is inherent in the panels themselves or comes from an overlaid color filter (in case you now think it would suffice if it only looked like that). In principle, it would be possible to produce modules that appear differently colored in a certain range of viewing angles but still remain optimally colored technically in the range of solar incidence angles. However, this would require techniques otherwise used in plasma TV screens. You can first calculate those for yourself up to the "screen diagonal" of your roof, and second, these materials are not tested for use in areas exposed to weather without frost protection and without shading. So I don’t even want to speculate whether you’d have long-lasting joy for the fortune spent. Neither I nor the durability warranty provider can probably assess the effects on the temperature fluctuations of the modules. Is it roughly understandable now why this is a fairy-dust-unicorn wish of yours?

hmm, yes. Maybe I can have them mounted on the roof of the equipment house if we don't need too many and sunlight falls on the roof from all sides. On our current property, we would have done it that way. The garden house is fully in the sun and if I am correct, you only need one electrical connection to the house.
