Hello everyone, first of all even if this is not the right place. My name is Yves, I am 38 years old and have been pursuing my dream of building a house for 7 months. The whole thing is happening in the northern outskirts district of the capital. I need a tip on how to proceed further. After I had puttied and sanded the drywall sheets (I will never do that again, pushing a giraffe to the ceiling over 140 sqm is hard work. Hats off to those who do that every day) I applied primer 1:1 with a short roller. Everything was fine up to that point. Now I have bought a paint with opacity level 4 and started painting. Despite in my opinion very good paint, it does not cover properly. But only where maybe too much primer was applied (remaining drying). I tried diluting the spots with clear water, but apparently without success. The remaining drying seems to show through even after 2 coats of my own painting. What can I do to finally be able to paint opaquely? Regards, a clueless one
