- The field agents are from the intermediary
- Contacting the production manager/manufacturer to ask where all the damages come from
- I was referred from the contractual partner to the intermediary.... I didn't know before the purchase that there was a dealer in between, I was only informed after the complaint.

I had spoken with several window installers beforehand about whether installation could be done earlier, the answer = 100% no, it is about the warranty of the external seal, which is only granted when the windows are installed after the final cladding.

I tried to contact the contractual partner by phone today....he refuses any calls/contact, his employee told me, stating that the responsibility does not lie with him.

I am now forced to take other ways to get in touch.

I really find it ridiculous, and I told them so.

Selling is quick....but complaints hurt and take time away from selling.

Already paid? Of course, what they are saying is nonsense. Warranty.

That the dealer deceived about his role in the chain is annoying; also the omission of the "Individualprodukt", which presumably also affects the speed of the subsequent delivery. That this is further impacted in the particular case by a defective oven does not make the matter any easier. They will now have to replenish in double shifts, the one with the sharpest lawyer might wait the shortest, but that is by no means guaranteed. With much more than condolences, one can hardly offer comfort; more or less delay seems unavoidable.
