Yes, if you really have ten of those guys, they eliminate themselves just like the little negroes in the children’s song. You basically just have to listen carefully and, for example, if someone disses their competitors, take that as a request to be sorted out. When searching for the prince, you don’t first have to kiss every frog on the tongue *LOL*

And there was also the gentleman in the model house from whom we actually only wanted to ask the usual question ("How many sqm? What’s the final price?") and 10 minutes later we were sitting in an adjoining room and he wanted us to sign a contract, since there would be a price increase in a week... Uhm, we basically ran out of there.

My brother-in-law signed something like that.... to get this cheap price quickly before the price increase.
It didn't matter that he didn't even have a property yet. They are also happy to help with the search.
But that is a (horror) story in itself.
