Hello everyone,
I have the following problem. Tiles were removed in the guest bathroom and it is supposed to be redone. However, not all walls are to be tiled anymore, but partially wallpapered or plastered. Now I still have adhesive residues on the wall, which are difficult to remove. And even if I manage to remove everything, the wall is not really even afterwards.
At the hardware store, I found some kind of insulating boards that are not very thick and can be wallpapered directly.
Can something like this be applied to the walls without any problems? It would save me the tedious filling, etc.
Or do you have any other tips? From my point of view, certainly not a solution for everywhere, but I find it sufficient for the guest bathroom. If I understood the tiler correctly, he wanted to panel such a wall in the main bathroom as well, but with a Wedi board. Thanks
