Hello, besides the actual costs and fees of the utility providers (water, electricity), the trenches also have to be excavated. I wanted to have our civil engineer do that because he already has the machines and people on the property for the basement excavation, etc. According to the plan, roof drainage/drainage and wastewater are conducted in separate pipes/channels from the house to the transfer shafts. Maybe they can also be put together in one trench and only separated at the end.
Water and electricity – water is already on the property, electricity is only supplied with an empty conduit, the cable itself lies on the other side of the street.
What costs do I have to roughly expect, i.e. €/linear meter? Depth times standard height? I hope it won’t turn into a money pit.
