What is that orange box in the bathroom - a casing for pipes? I would probably only manage to squeeze onto the toilet with difficulty...

Without a basement, there is too little storage space. The washing machine and possibly the dryer also require space. If they are to be placed in the utility room, it will be tight.

Well, what can you say. They can't even manage to set the two floor plan views in the same orientation.

    [*]Site plan - not available
    [*]North arrow - not available
[*]Question list - heavily shortened, especially the part where a thread starter could actually explain what they like about the floor plan and where there are still concerns.
[*]Dimensions on the ground floor cut off

About the plan:

[*]Hallway wardrobe in my opinion not deep enough
[*]Path from kitchen interior past the table to the terrace = slalom
[*]Master bedroom appears extremely narrow, which is why the door is placed so that probably there is no 70 cm depth behind it for a wardrobe

The orange box must go or be smaller, Müllerin has already said.

In my opinion, the kitchen on the ground floor does not fit the plan. It looks like you took an existing plan and inserted your dream kitchen there - but it is not optimal for the room. What is supposed to go into the "hole" that bulges out the utility room? The passage widths all look very narrow.

Additionally, the entrance area is very convoluted and cramped. On the other side, open spaces are created that are poorly usable. What about the space under and in front of the stairs? That will probably quickly turn into a trash corner, or is something still planned there?

Upstairs, the bedroom should be swapped with child 1 or 3, so that not all three children find out at once how they were made.

The niche in the kitchen is certainly for a fridge/freezer combination...
