This is still an ArCon product, somewhat older, was expensive back then, and the version on the market this year is really expensive. It is not recommended for beginners because you won’t focus on your house construction, but on the program itself. Back then, it was the software for architects alongside CAD and comes without any frills or fluff.

You can place your terraces anywhere. You only need a terrace door to the outside. It is better located in the kitchen or dining area than in the living room. A terrace belongs to the kitchen.

Don’t make it complicated here. You can read the course of the discussion to understand what this is about. Otherwise, please make a reasonable constructive design proposal that satisfies both the original poster and yourself.

And not recommended for a beginner, because you focus not on building your house but on the program.

Unfortunately, using visualization software does not train the user's spatial awareness – and this applies regardless of the target group and price range of the software.
