Hello everyone,

my partner and I have purchased a property with a 50/50 division, which is now also developed. We would now like to change the division ratio to 70/30.

Are additional real estate transfer taxes due in this case, and what costs can one roughly expect at the notary?

You want to change the co-ownership structures or actually divide a property? With the right terms, you will also find what you are looking for quite quickly on Google.

Define partner more precisely and describe the background of the project. Then you may get closer to the goal.

Sorry, co-ownership would certainly be more appropriate, you are right.

Partnerin means living together.
The loan is in both our names, when we bought the property back then, there was no option to register anything other than 50/50 in the land register, which we now want to correct.

Currently, the options are to draw up a separate contract through the lawyer stipulating who has contributed more equity, or certainly the cleanest solution, to adjust the proportions in the land register.

In the land register you cannot change anything, it is done via the supplementary agreement of the RA
