What do you say, does everything fit? Does the statics actually need to be adjusted? So the pipes will be pulled through the masonry, I initially thought of a recess.

Quickly and I'm not a professional: With nominal ventilation, the controlled residential ventilation should be at about 50% capacity, I would definitely choose a device one size larger. Two valves in the parents' room would be better against noise and drafts with the high air volume.

Is that in the kitchen a closed dining room or a counter? If closed, then put the valve there. And maybe otherwise as well.

The hallway does not necessarily need exhaust air, the stairwell is then ventilated as well, the air goes to the ground floor. Disadvantage if the floors are not balanced: dust on the stairs. The last picture is certainly once supply air and once exhaust air!?
