Hello everyone.
About a week ago, the screed was installed in our single-family house. Now I have measured the clear room height of the upper floor and found that the heights do not match. Keep in mind that drywall panels + floor coverings still need to be installed. The planned room height was 2.40m on the upper floor. Currently, we are already at about 2.37m on average in all rooms. The shell construction dimensions are correct so far; the problem seems to be the substructure for the drywall. This was designed very generously. (6cm thick counter battens) + 2cm thick cross battens.
We are building with a general contractor in NRW.
Can someone tell me what rights I have?
Regards, Tobias
