Ceiling height in the attic is not maintained! What are my rights?

It’s about 3 cm. What do you specifically need this height for (especially since 2.4 m is already quite low)? A dismantling is rather unlikely, unless it can be easily fixed. Also think about your own floor. It’s probably about special furniture that no longer fits now?

: The floor and the drywall (about 3cm more) have not been leveled yet, so it will get worse. I find 2.40m sufficient for the upper floor. Yes, among other things, it’s about the future placement of furniture, but also simply about adhering to measurements on the part of the general contractor. I mean, what are laws and regulations for if they are not followed?!

2.34 m is unacceptable. It could also be a violation of the [Landesbauordnung].

It should comply with what was contractually agreed, therefore refer to the contract or drawings to see what was recorded as the clear room height.

Contractually, 2.40 m was stipulated and also corresponds to the plans.

then it should also come out that way in the end. I assume that the substructure and drywall are also carried out or were carried out by the [GU]? Then seek a conversation with the site manager....
