Cat flap on KfW55 house with ventilation - experiences?

So, we had the cat flap installed back in June. This is what it looks like. The tomcat also accepts the flap well and uses it especially when no one is home to open the door. What, of course, happens – he brings his mice into the house. You just have to live with that. But regardless of whether they are dead or alive, they are immediately thrown back out. Eating is done outside ;-)

about 1,400 plus the flap. We have a Sureflap.

He now really enjoys using the folding chair...
