600 EUR would be fine for me. The glass element is roughly the same size and would also need to be replaced here because so far it is RC2 (laminated). So maybe better to go to a local glazier instead of asking the manufacturer?

That's true. But if you're not there for a week, it's bad for the tomcat ...

We took a glazier from the local area who also delivered and installed various mirrors, and was also surprised at how cheap it was.

We will get our KFW 55 house in 4 weeks and have had a hole installed in a triple-glazed window, cost 360 euros plus a Sureflap for 80 and the tiger front door is ready. Heating costs?? Ridiculous...

The original manufacturer of the windows charges 1,600 EUR for the conversion ... "Unfortunately" we have complete RC2 laminated glass. You probably can't just cut a hole in that.

The really thicker glass (~11mm) and foil only come with RC3, right?

How is it in detail with your RC2?
