Cash payment Ikea kitchen, measurement

Hello, I had the measurement service in the apartment last week and now wanted to go to the furniture store to finalize the kitchen and possibly order it. Now my two questions. 1. I will get the 100€ back afterwards with both receipts ([Küche] [Aufmaß]), right? 2. If I basically have everything planned and adjust the last details in the furniture store, can I take everything with me right away, or do I have to wait until everything is in stock? 3.
