It is not like that for us, for example. Banks want securities for investments. So the self-employed person needs their own assets

Alright, but in the case of self-employment, separation of property probably makes sense anyway, right? That would then also affect the house. Although the question then arises whether that is fair if Part 1 pays for everything alone and Part 2 lives there for free. I think the couple has to answer all these questions themselves and decide for themselves.

The couple must decide for themselves. It is very individual. It also depends on how exactly one separates - the ongoing. Maybe counts 1 pays the installments alone 2 buys the lawn mower because needed and with 1 no money available that month. Prenuptial agreement depends on it. The freelancer with 35,000 euros turnover is self-employed and the entrepreneur with 3,500k turnover as well.
