You simply can't have a "full floor" without pitched roofs; however, a full floor in the sense of the definition of a full floor might be feasible. I believe it still depends on the state, but a floor is considered a full floor if at least 2/3 or 3/4 of the area of the floor below has a clear height of at least 2.30m.
Ah okay, that means I would have to move the upper floor further inward to achieve that. Can I manage that with the roof though, since it says 30°. Could someone send me an example picture showing what would be possible?
