C25/30 = Waterproof concrete?

Can someone please tell me if reinforced concrete or steel fiber concrete in the concrete grade C25/30 is always WU concrete?

C25/30 indicates the compressive strength of the concrete; concrete from C25/30 is basically sufficiently waterunfriendly.

Why do you want to know that?

Since our base slab is now being cast with a thickness of 25 cm made of C25/30, I wanted to know if it is a WU slab.

WU concrete, by definition, is achieved by enriching "normal concrete" with plastic additives!
