Yes, we are all supposed to be reclassified. In addition, there is the married allowance.

By the way, both cars are totally unsuitable for building a house. You don’t want to have to borrow someone else's car for every roll of wallpaper (exaggerated, but you know what I mean).

Promotion?!

I don’t have the profile view on my phone and I agree with you: as a civil servant, further training can be viewed somewhat more selectively

More fits into the Ibiza than you might think. Anything up to 2.30 meters is no problem. But yes, if you want to renovate, you would actually have to borrow a car from the family. But we don’t want to build, we want to buy, and in that house almost everything is done.

That would be a factor I wouldn't calculate with for now, because at first it's only a "supposed to". If you want to get married anyway, I would try to do this before a purchase, it definitely saves quite a bit. My brother built with his girlfriend (now wife) and afterwards said he would never do it the other way around again, but marry first.

As I said, the calculation can work out, but it's relatively tight and will get even tighter when children come. On top of that, it is already more than 100% financing, which will at least affect the conditions. And a wedding also costs a few bucks.

Sure, advantages are the civil servant status, the fairly new cars, and according to your statement the house is move-in ready, but you should definitely calculate everything very carefully again. Because there should also be money left to form reserves!
